About

Dr. Marathe's primary expertise is in the study of massively interacting systems. Examples of such systems studied include biological, information, social and technological systems. The goal is to develop innovative computational solutions to reason about such systems. In the context of CTE, Dr. Marathe and his colleagues are developing high performance computing based modeling environments and rigorous computational methods to study large scale biological networks, e.g. human immune system and public health epidemiology.
